The Mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
The Mission of a Leader ..is to decide on how high to raise the club's benchmark , think about key areas where the club needs to sharpen the focus and set the tone for all the club's interactions during and after their leadership term.
