    2. The Mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

    7. Your DCP Plan is one... Think of this as the “hard” goals
    8. ...Your culture/vision/value is the other Think of this as the “soft” goals

    11. 10 Goals
      • Two CCs
      • Two more CCs
      • One ACB, ACS or ACG
      • One more ACB, ACS or ACG
      • One CL, ALB, ALS or DTM
      • One more CL, ALB, ALS or DTM
      • Four new members
      • Four more new members
      • Minimum four officers trained each training period
      • One dues renewal invoice and one officer list submitted on time
    12. Clubs that meet the membership requirement and do the following earn recognition: Achieve 5 of 10 goals     Distinguished Club Achieve 7 of 10 goals     Select Distinguished Club Achieve 9 of 10 goals     President’s Distinguished Club

    24. Membership Requirements At year-end a club must have at least 20 members, OR net growth of at least five new members
