  5. 5. Tactics• Set up relevant social media accounts for key staff members• Weekly posts to about appropriate topics for target audience• Regular contact with social media followers to generate business leads
  6. 6. Results• Established creditable online presence• Thousands of views of online material & posts such as leaflets and brochures• Generated new business leads• Provided potential customers with tailored information
