Bij een functionaliteit die wordt aangezet in een bestaand e-mailprogramma, heb je niet de kennis van een specialist omdat het meer een algemene e-mailtool is (niet gespeciliaseerd in winkelwagenverlating). Daarnaast is het vaak erg gelimiteerd: je moet zelf je template samenstellen door wat plaatjes te uploaden en er zijn een aantal extra functionaliteiten beschikbaar die je kunt aanzetten.
