RELIGIONS San Andrés has numerous cults, religious, including Catholics, Baptists (between the raizal majority and predominant Church), seventh-day Adventist, Christian mission, Pentecostals and other Protestant groups, Jehovah's witnesses and also Muslims and Jews; whose religions have respectively mosque and synagogue in San Andres Island.
  • 3. RELIGIONS • The raizal people in San Andrés Island, Providencia and Santa Catalina, They are generations who were born in the island, and as a result of historical events that took place in the Caribbean from 17th , 18th and 19th century. • It is a kind of summary of multiple cultures that got involved in the process of the population of the Islands during that period of time. In that sense, English, Africans, Chinese, Jews, Americans, British and French colonies in the Caribbean, came to San Andres.
  • 4. RELIGIONS • According to the religious aspect, despite the fact that there were Jews and Eastern, predominantly creed was expressed through the Protestant worship, Christianity whose main exponents were Baptists and seventh-day Adventists.
