    3. 3. <ul><li>An idealist project as the EU needs to find a creative visual identity that distinguishes it from other governments and international organizations. </li></ul>
    4. 4. Elements included in Brand Image (psicological) <ul><li>A place where social justice and progress can go hand in hand.
    5. 5. Europe as a place of art,philosophy and history. </li></ul><ul><li>Europe as a place to create, to imagine and to express talent.
    6. 6. A place that nurtures singularity and differences. </li></ul>
    7. 7. And also... <ul><li>Europe enrichs the act of consumption: is an experience. Ex crossing borders to buy products in a border country. </li></ul>

    11. 11. 1) Helping the Mobile <ul><li>Since its creation EU has been working on minimising borders (administrative barriers).
    12. 12. Maximizing pluralism and openness.
    13. 13. Europe's cultural diversity and its regional distinctiveness increase the Unions creative capacities. </li></ul>
    14. 14. 2) LIFELONG CREATIVE LEARNING <ul><li>Supporting the creation of the right learning environment to develop technical and creative competencies at all levels: school, college,workplace, community.
    15. 15. EU has highlighted important links between creative learning, entrepreneurship and culture by including a strong learning theme in the European Year for Creativity and Innovation. </li></ul>
    16. 16. 3) Building a European Hub. <ul><li>Connecting platforms and individuals in order to create new meaningful and multidisciplinary networks.
    17. 17. Break down artificial boundaries between disciplines: Exhibition curators, companies research departments, schools and universities, organisations, designers and artist.
    18. 18. All those compose the fourth dimension of debate and solutions: European Culture-Based Creativity. </li></ul>
    19. 19. EU has succesfully managed to lead us firmly from past economies...
