    1. I am going to create a social network where the members would be not the people, but businesses, and their contacts would be based on commercial relations
    2. What is social network valuable for?
    3. Social network is unnecessary for friendships where connections are immediate
    4. Social network is valuable for making the contacts visible for other people
    5. Social network transforms the scope of people into the scope of contacts
    6. Business contacts are being created similarly to human contacts
    7. Cooperation for material goods is the basis of business contacts
    8. We need to build a platform for transforming the scope of businesses into the scope of business-contacts
    9. ADVANTAGES
    10. You can place into the entry of social network the same information as on the corporation`s site News and promotions Goods and Website Entry services References and feedbacks
    11. Though Website is isolated, Account in social network makes as well as all other websites business contacts transparent
    12. In social network trust is public More trust More reputation Trust Attention Distrust
    13. Social network is a huge database, where every account is a range of features
    14. Computing these features makes it possible to do the researches of market and business 1 1 3 2
    15. Members of the network can make communities by different principles vocational regional value
    16. Every community could have: • its own membership system • decision-making system Thereby social network becomes communication environment for businesses
    17. So, social network for businesses: • Makes business interaction transparent • Makes trust public • Creates opportunities for research work • Creates for businesses new communication environment
    18. POSSIBLE RISKS
    19. Some enterprisers would not like to make all their contacts visible
    20. Although social network is a reflection, but not a substitute of real contacts real contacts social network What contacts to show in his network, decides owner of business
    21. Members of social network could be B2B, B2E or E2B companies
    22. But how to build the network for businesses which work with final consumers?
    23. Solution is possible in case of integration of two types of social networks: personal and business
    24. Major benefits from creating of social network for businesses are immaterial: • Transparency of business interaction through visibility of contacts • Globalization of business through simplification of connections • More commercial profit through higher trust to contacts
    25. Opportunities for financial support of functioning of the network: • Sales of commercial researches in the network • Paid registration for new accounts and/or communities • Context advertisement in the network
