  5. Once you live your life in awareness, you will live in true happiness.
  6. Contemplate Cultivate the energy of mindfulness with mindful breathing and walking. Use these simple, everyday acts to calm your emotions and nourish your joy.
  7. Remember to connect to what you are doing. Each moment that you remember, you are on the path to freedom.
  8. Develop Right Views, Mindfulness and Concentration Wisdom is born of concentration, mindfulness and letting go .
  9. Wonderful, indeed, it is to subdue the mind, so difficult to subdue, ever swift, and wandering wherever it desires. A tamed mind brings happiness. The Buddha
