We have flat land withrich and rocky soil, better than theNew England Colonies, and mild climatewith warm summers and cold winters. Our region is hotter than the NewEngland Colonies, but colder than theSouthern Colonies. That makes it greatfor farming. Great forest can be foundtoo, which makes wonderful furnitureand others. River system and harborsruns nearby. Visit the beautiful city, called Philadelphia, meaning “brotherlylove” in Greek, with colorful flowers inthe gardens in Pennsylvania. This city isour important shipbuilding center. Youwould certainly love to live there! We alsohave great harbors for shipping. There aremountains, too, in our region
