This can cause problems in friendships, especially with peripheral friends who you don’t see that often. Explicit cues from an automated system based on their previous activity could help to tend to a person’s social connections. Here the system shows an estimate of when the next interaction with that person is due, if any. Display The application currently shows the predicted events in an application window, but they could just as easily be added to an electronic calendar automatically, delivered via text message as the event draws near, or used in an application on a social networking site. ???
