PATIENT SURVEY The entire staff was friendly
and knowledgeable. The doctor had very gentle
hands and did not hurt me at all. He never pinched
my lips or caused pain at any point along my lip
edge. He made sure that my mouth was as
comfortable as it could be at all times.

Dr. Ayzin and his staff have absolutely changed my life by giving me a smile
I’ve dreamed of ever since I was a little girl. My experience has been nothing
short of extraordinary- from the moment I first stepped into his office, to the

attention the detail, along with extreme care when performing his work, made
me feel very comfortable in his chair.

patients well. Every three months, she remembers my unique
needs, understands my dental work, and takes great care to
explain what she is doing, and proper dental hygiene. All the
staff members greeted me, even those who were tied up when I
arrived popped in to say "hi". Excellent attention to personal
detail, makes your patients feel they matter! Keep up the good
work.

a stay plate. You folks did an excellent job accommodating me
with my dilemma however the color doesn't really match. But I
will tell you that I was soo relieved just to know you would fix it!
