  3. 3. Our goal • Large scale psychology research project to introduce research methods and cutting edge science to students. Intent to have broad-scale availability and exposure. • Project currently consists of 40 high school students at all grade levels. • Team meets weekly to read journal articles, learn research techniques, discuss current psychology studies.Wednesday, February 2, 2011

Here’s where you come in • We need lots of 5th and 6th grade students to volunteer as research subjects. • Study will consist of one 20-25 minute interview where the student is asked to complete a series of visual puzzles and respond to questions about enjoyment of the task. • Interviews will be conducted by trained high school students under supervision of Dr. Moore and Mr. Burk. • All information will be blind/anonymous. Researchers will not know students, and all data will be combined into one large, anonymous data pool for analysis.Wednesday, February 2, 2011
