Optional Product Introduction Pak Offer Special value NewGenX Product Introduction Kit can assist a NewGenX Team Member in getting the fastest possible exposure to the NewGenX line of products. While there is no product purchase required to be a NewGenX Team Member, your business will probably grow and duplicate more quickly if you’re a satisfied product user and have product on hand to share with others. We recommend that you choose the NewGenX Product Introduction Kit that best suits the goals of your business. The Platinum option is only available if ordered at the time of signup or within 60 days of enrollment date.
Retail Profits Retail Profits As a NewGenX Team Member you can order products at wholesale cost (generally 33 percent off retail) directly from NewGenX and resell to your customers at retail. This enables you to earn up to 50 percent profit on product sold from your inventory. Retail Direct Profits As a NewGenX Team and paid to you weekly by subtracting the wholesale price, and a $4.95 administration fee from the Suggested Retail Price. The Business Points (BP) from any Retail Direct Revenue of 100 BP or more is treated as Personal Points (PP). Any Excess Points (more than 100 PP) will be credited to the Secondary Revenue Team at time of purchase, generating additional Team Bonus Points. Product Introduction Bonuses You will be eligible to earn a Product Introduction Bonus (PIB) should your Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Members choose to order one or more of the company’s optional Product Introduction Kits directly from NewGenX at time of signup (within 60 days of enrollment for the Platinum Pak). Note: All reorders and Renewals do not qualify for the Product Introduction Bonus (PIB).
NewGenX Compensation Plan Retail Business Hub As a NewGenX Team Member you will be given a Retail Business Hub (RBH) for the purpose of tracking your Team Revenue. Members who have not yet achieved Advisor position will accumulate points on their Personally Enrolled Members, and any PP of more than 100 generated each month, as long as they maintain 100 PP within the prior 30 days. No other points are held until the position of Advisor is earned. Advisor Qualifications Becoming an Advisor should be one of your first priorities. You achieve the position of advisor by being Active and having at least one Active Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Member on your Left Business Team and one Active Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Member on your Right Business Team at any time within prior 30 days. Bank Visualize your team as having a bank account at the bottom of each business line, one on the Left Revenue team and one on the Right Revenue Team. As revenue occurs anywhere from your Revenue Teams, regardless of depth, the points accumulate in each bank account. As an active Advisor, each time you accumulate team points totaling 900 BP with a least 600 BP in one team and 300 BP in the other, you earn a Rotation. Hold-Over Points Let’s assume you’ve accumulated 1,000 in BP from your Left Revenue Team and 250 BP from your Right Revenue Team, and a new sale of 100 BP occurs from your Right Revenue Team. When the new sale is added to your Right Revenue Team, you now have 350 BP on your Right. Because you have accumulated 600 BP and 300 BP, a Rotation occurs. Once this happens, the 600 BP is deducted from the Left and 300 BP is deducted from the Right, leaving you a Holdover Points of 400 BP on the Left and 50 on the Right. This process will occur as long as you remain an Active advisor or until the end of any day you have accumulated a Mass Rotation (minimum of 100 total Rotations). At this point, NewGenX will allow you to “hold over” up to 12,000 BP in your Primary Retail Business Hub and keep all remaining points in your Secondary Retail Business Hub as Holdover Points. This process can repeat itself over and over again as you continue to grow your business and your income. Because the plan pays you on your entire team (Left and Right) no matter how deep it may grow, you can make a Rotation multiple times each day. Once you have qualified your RBH by reaching advisor, you may achieve Lead advisor position by being Active and having accumulated five Personally Enrolled Members who are paid as advisor s at any time within the prior 30 days. Lead Advisor Benefits As a Lead advisor, you are eligible to apply for bonuses from your team’s Global Enrolled Members. Executive Qualifications Once you have qualified your RBH by reaching advisor, you may achieve Executive position, by being Active and having Ten (10) Personally Enrolled Members (5 on each of your Left and Right Revenue Team) - who are paid as an advisor within the prior 30 days. Executive Benefits Once you are qualified as an Executive you are recognized as a leader with NewGenX. Active Executives are entitled to the following benefits: Earn up to 500 Rotations per Business Team Qualified Paid Executives, in addition to 250 Team Bonus Rotations, may earn up to an additional 250 Rotations per week in Matching Team Bonuses from a single business team. 10% Matching Team Bonus As an Active Paid Executive, you are eligible to receive a 10% Matching Team Bonus on the weekly Team Bonus income from all Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Paid advisor s and Executives up to a maximum of 25 Rotations from each personal enrolled NewGenX Team Member. Here’s an example: One of your Personally Enrolled advisor s earns 100 Rotations in Team Bonuses, you would earn an extra 10 Rotations in Matching Team Bonuses. The 10% Matching Team Bonus is calculated daily and paid weekly. Executives are subject to Personal Points and maintenance requirements. Increase Earnings Through Re-Entries Qualified Paid Executives, who’ve built their team to where it’s producing 250 Rotations in a single week, will have the option of applying for an upl ine Executive Re-entry RBH positioned immediately above their existing Primary RBH. Example: In the illustration above the right, a primary Revenue team becomes one Revenue Team (i.e. Primary Revenue Team) of a new Executive Re-Entry RBH. This means you only need to build one more Revenue Team as you begin earning additional Team Bonuses. The qualifications for advancement for any new inserted position are the same as for any new Independent NewGenX Team Member (see Letter of Intent for details). Each RBH shall be earning a minimum of 250 Rotations in a single week before any subsequent future RBHs may be inserted. As you advance in position from Member to advisor and Lead advisor to Executive you are awarded a pin to commemorate your achievement. Once qualified as an Executive you can qualify for additional recognition through our Lead Executive and Executive Elite Circle Programs. Lead Executive Program Our Lead Executive program recognizes Executives who are able to help their Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Members to become Executives. For each Personally Enrolled Executive you promote, you receive another lead elite circle recognition and an award pin to commemorate your achievement. Elite Circle Program The Elite Circle Program recognizes our Executives for reaching new milestones in their NewGenX income. Income generated in Retail Profit, Product Introduction Bonuses, Renewal Rewards Bonuses, and International Fast Lead Bonuses are converted to equivalent Rotation Value in the week they are earned and added to your Team Bonus and Matching Team Bonus Rotations for that week.
A program of convenience where a pre-selected order is shipped each month. Product Renewal orders provide additional savings and convenience to Members and Customers. On-going Personal Points (PP) and Maintenance All Members regardless of achieved position are eligible to earn retail profits, retail direct profits and NewGenX introduction bonuses (NIB), regardless of Personal Points accumulated in any month. Note: Any Member earning compensation of less than $10.00 will have payment held until compensation totals are $10.00 or more. Members achieving a Position will always be recognized at their highest-achieved position but will be “paid as” their Paid position, depending on what their current activity for an earned commission period warrants. Active Status The status when a Member has 100 PP in the prior 30 days. You must be Active to accumulate BP. NewGenX Product Renewal Program Members NewGenX Team Members who are Active are eligible to accumulate Personal Points over 100 PP and BP of Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Members. Members who are not Active will not accumulate any points and will have any Holdover Points reset to zero. Advisors To be eligible to be a Paid as an advisor and accumulate Group Points on both your Revenue Teams - Left and Right - you must be Active and maintain a minimum of one Active Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Member on each of your Revenue Teams (Left and Right) at any time within the prior 30 days. If you are Active but fail to maintain a minimum of one Active Personal Enrolled Member on each Revenue Team, you will hold existing Group Points and accumulate only Personal Points of more than 100 and the BP of your Personally Enrolled Members. No Team BP beyond your Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Members will accumulate until you are a Paid Advisor.
Executives To be eligible to be a Paid as an Executive and be eligible for Matching Team Bonuses: Be an active Advisor and have a minimum of 10 Personal Enrolled NewGenX Team Paid advisor s (a minimum of five on each side) within the same month. Mass Rotation A Mass Rotation occurs whenever a NewGenX Team Member has accumulated BP and is paid an accumulated total of 100 Rotations. At the end of that business day, the Member will have earned a Mass Rotation and maintain Holdover Points of up to 12,000 BP in their Primary Revenue Team and all Holdover Points from their Secondary Points Revenue Team. Grace Period A five-day grace period is added to the prior 30 days in determining Active status. NewGenX Compensation Plan Details Weekly Pay One of the positive features of the Team Compensation Plan is its weekly pay feature. A weekly Compensation Period begins at midnight Sunday (Eastern Time) and runs through the following Sunday at midnight. NewGenX uses the following week to complete the calculation and audit of compensation. The earned compensation is then paid to NewGenX Team Members on the following Monday (effectively one week in arrears of Compensation Period). NewGenX 50% Payout Guarantee NewGenX offers its Members one of the most distributor-friendly programs in existence and has one of the strongest payouts in the network marketing industry. We pay compensation out to the field of 50 percent of the business we receive (Business Points) on commissionable product purchases over the lifetime of our program. For any pay period in which the payout is less than 50 percent, we escrow the balance in our compensation account to supplement future payouts when necessary. To further protect the opportunity of all NewGenX Team Members and NewGenX, the company has a cap of 50 percent of the BP that can be paid out.
Each week the total commissionable revenue is calculated and 50 percent of this value is available to be paid out in the NewGenX Team Compensation Plan. The company first pays all applicable PIBs.
