I've over 25 years experience in delivering solutions. Over the years I've learnt the most efficient ways to deliver solutions. Part of the journey was the adoption of agile methodologies. I was on board with them when they first became popularized in 2001 with the Agile Manifesto. Over this time of developed a solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scrumban, FDD, DSDM, DAD). This experience was been achieved in context of project delivery. I've seen what works and what doesn't.
