  • 3. Judul Program Nama Deskripsi ETABISAYA is a mobile dictionary 1. ESTABISAYA application which contains 4 languages; English, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia and Visaya. As it well known, the Tagalog is the national language of the Philippines. Moreover, Visaya is the local language which is widely used in Southern Philippines, especially in Davao and surrounding cities. The ETABISAYA is Rani, Inne, developed from the former dictionary Hilmi, P Joes application which contains 3 languages with 1 input. In ETABISAYA, there are 4 languages with 4 inputs. This application can be used by people who only can speak one language from the 4 languages provided. This application has more than 8,000 words in English, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia and Visaya 2. VOC Voice On Cellphone is a mobile application which contains mini conversation in 3 languages; English, Indonesia and Tagalog. Rani, Inne, The conversations are divided into 3 parts; Hilmi, P Joes Introduction, Direction and Food. According to its name, this application have list of short conversations in voice form 3. DOTOGO A mobile tourism guide based on mobile device. It can be used as a virtual guide for tourists who traveled to Davao. The Rani, Inne, “DoToGo” itself stands for “Davao Hilmi, P Joes Tourism Guide on Mobile”.   • 4. 4. JARGON A mobile application which consists of tourism sites in Java Island. The word “JARGON” itself stands for “Java Tourism Rani, Inne, Guide On Mobile”. This application was Hilmi, P Joes made as a prototype when we presented the DoToGo project to the Department Of Tourism Region XI 5. EIT The EIT Dictionary contains 3 languages. They are English, Indonesian and Thai. It Fasha, Agus, use to help people for learn english, Rizal indonesian and thai. There are about 6800 words on english, indonesian and thai 6. THAI Tourism Guide The Tourism Guide is a development of the EIT Dictionary. Tourism Guide contains of Fasha, Agus, more than 100 sentences that usually use Rizal in the daily life. Khmer Dictionary Seamolec conducts Staff Exchange program in cooperation with National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) to develop a mobile phone application in Manith form of a dictionary called “SEADICT”. It Consists of English-Khmer words. Those Programs above designed to facilitate foreigner who come to Cambodia or Indonesia 8. Khmer Tourism Guide Seamolec conducts Staff Exchange program in cooperation with National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) to develop a mobile phone application in Manith form of a dictionary called “SEADICT”. It Consists of English-Khmer words. Those Programs above designed to facilitate foreigner who come to Cambodia or Indonesia 9. Lao Tourism Guide Tourism guide – Direction v.1 now updated with Lao language. This tourism guide is consist of 5 language now, English, Khmer(Cambodian), Indonesia, Vietname, Irfan, Hardi and Lao with 15 sentences inside for each language.   • 6. When travelling to another country, the tourists even those travelling in a package tour feel the need to use some language in 10. Some tourists know the language and do it easily or to some extend while most of the others can’t, especially if the language is not very common.
