  • About Nathan Waterhouse co-leads OpenIDEO, IDEO’s digital platform that enables a global community to help design human-centered solutions to social and environmental problems. The site currently has over 30,000 users from 170 countries and has won multiple accolades including a 2011 Webby in the community category. Nathan is an "Aspen First Mover Fellow" which recognizes leaders who aim to unite business growth with a sustainable society. Nathan previously co-led the organizational design practice for IDEO Europe. During his tenure, he worked with companies in diverse industries (from financial services to health care) to help them build more innovative cultures and capabilities.
