What is a healthy fast way to loose weight in four months?

Im getting married in August but we are taking our engagement pictures in April. I Currently
weigh 158 pounds and want to go down to 135 pounds by the end of April to look good for our
pictures and to look nice on my wedding day. Please help, any ideas?

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Need chest exercises that will make my pectorals not look like a women's breasts and more
masculine?

I work out regularly and, like most people who do lift weights, find that some muscles seem to
get larger quicker than other muscles. For myself, my chest and arm muscles seem to develop
quickest. Unfortunately when I see myself in pictures it looks like I have breasts that look like
they belong on a woman. Especially because my nipples seem to be aroused. Are there any
chest exercises I can do to develop my chest so that they don't look like women's breasts?

Like eriq said, before you do any more bulking, you need to lose some weight to get rid of the
excess fat padding on your chest. You may not really have that much, but once the muscle
underneath starts building up, it makes it look more like breasts.

Start putting more running, jumping rope, and other aerobic exercises in your routine and try to
be sure you're eating small, nutritious meals every four hours that include lean protein, veggies,
fruit, wheat or brown rice, and plenty of water.

Whats the best way to tone and sculpt your body?

I am 5'7 and I weigh 150 lbs. I want to sculp my whole body but mainly my abdomen/hips and
butt. What exercises/machines should I use? The gym I go also offers pilates, yoga, kettlebell,
stabilityball, abdomen workout classes. Which of those classes should I go to?

You have the perfect weight. You're not skinny or big. I am 5'8" and 176 pounds (15 yrs) and I
need to lose weight. I envy you.

Do sit ups start with 20 per day and each week increase by 10.
Do planks, squats and pilates.Squats will help sculpt your butt. Pilates is very good and you
should also go to the abdomen workout class. Kettlebell is also good. Go on women's health.
They have great workouts for women to tone their abs, butt, thighs, legs, arm etc. They include
pictures and videos too.

What are some good stretches/exercises for tense necks and shoulders?

My neck and shoulders are very tense and have been for awhile. I would really like some ideas
on how to stretch my neck and shoulders and make them feel less tense. Are there exercises
the specifically can help this?
Along those lines, what are some very good (credible) websites that detail stretching such as
above and stretching in general?

I stretch out almost EVERY muscle in my body everyday...I'm working on becoming a personal
trainer, so it's cool to help you out..However, it's quite difficult to articulate how to stretch your
neck, so look at this picture, and I'll explain further below it...click on:

This woman is taking her right hand and placing it on her top of her head, then gently pulling her
head towards her right shoulder...Once right ear is nearly touching right shoulder, to MAXIMIZE
this stretch, keep you left arm straight down by your side, and move the top of your left hand out
& upwards (so that your palm is facing directly towards the floor) at a 90degree angle. Hold this
stretch for 6-8 seconds. Then do the exact same thing on the opposite side, left arm up/left
hand pulling head towards left shoulder--right arm straight down by your side, lift hand outwards
(towards the side, like before-palm's facing the floor) Hold 6-8 seconds, and you're finished.

*A GREATER, variation to this would be--instead of having your opposing arm straight, w/hand
lifting outwards, see this picture, where the guy has that arm/that hand holding a flexiband (he's
stepping on it, and has it grasped in his left hand)...this creates a deeper stretch...However, if
you don't own a flexiband, you can use a 3-5lb dumbell (free weight). This works just as well!

Next step would be to follow up the neck stretch with another one, is to tilt your head from side
to side (just no arms/hands involved in this stretch), then circle it around, then backwards
around the other way..this helps, you'll notice if you do it often.

I want to get in shape for a Christmas holiday in the sun.
I like hand weights and yoga and am looking for a daily quick workout to tone up the body or
