    2. Why is there a debate? The dangers of teenage driving has come to the attention of people. In a parent’s view, less responsibilities would like to be given to 16-year olds; in contrast, teens would like more freedom.
    3. Teenage Driving • 16 year olds have higher crash rates than any other age. They are three times more likely to die in a motor vehicle than any other driver.
