1. TRUST
It is assured reliance on the character, ability,
strength, or truth of someone or something;
something committed or entrusted to one to be used or
cared for in the interest of another.
WHAT IS TRUST?
1.Trust is faith, hope and love.
2.Trust and patience are like sisters.
3.Trust is like a broken mirror and a crumpled paper.
4.Trust is the best proof of LOVE.
5.Trust is a precious virtue.
2. DO YOU KNOW THAT BEHIND THE
TRUST…
IS FAITH ? IS HOPE ? IS LOVE ?
IS POSITIVE OUTLOOK IN LIFE?
Trust is believing in someone or something. We have
confidence that the right thing will come about without
trying to control it or make it happen. We trust others to
do what they say they will do, and give them the space to
be trustworthy. Sometimes it is difficult to trust when life
brings painful experiences. Trust is being sure, in the
depths of our being, that there is some gift or learning in
everything that happens. We move confidently with the
flow of life, gathering strength from adversity. We know
we are never alone. And we love the people we trust.
3. “TRUST AND
PATIENCE
ARE LIKE SISTERS”
When things are painful in our life we need to Trust that
there is a reason for it and have Patience to wait and find
out why. Just like the child that is pleased with a
nourishing meal the sustains his body and soul, so are we
rewarded when we allow ourselves to trust.
4. TRUST : A PRECIOUS
VIRTUE
The truth is always difficult to find these days which
makes us compromise often in letting our hearts trust
enough to keep the relationship going. To trust is very
difficult because ultimately we fear being made use of,
cheated, lied to and taken for granted in almost any
relationship. Trusting is the hardest virtue and it is the
way to generate honesty and faith among people.
5. The ability to trust is essential for our living because
without it, our hearts are closed without any openings. It
means we are forever living on our own with no real
friends to keep us going in life for the good and bad times.
Learn at least to trust yourself to trust others by defining a
set of affordable mistakes or risks in life that you are
willing to take. After all, one can never live fully without
experiencing mistakes or failures. One have never lived, if
he never did trust with his/her heart.
6. HOW TO TRUST ?
1. Acknowledge your fear of intimacy and share with your
friend how you feel. Sometimes telling about your fear
opens you up to a new level of trust that may give
unexpected results. You may find empathy from your
friend, who will make it easier to get over your fear.
2. Give a little at a time by telling a friend a small secret
and see if you are quoted back from another person. If
so, then you know that you cannot trust that person. If
your secret stays safe, then give a little more. It's all
right to test people and let them earn your trust.
7. 3. Watch others whom you admire to learn how they give
their trust away. You may have had a bad experience as
a child and find yourself unable to give voice to the
problem you are having with making and trusting
friends. You can learn by emulating others.
4. Count your blessings. Remember the times when a
friend came through for you. Focus on the people in
your life who did not let you down. You may find that
people are more trustworthy than you imagined, making
it a little easier to begin trusting your friends again.
