 Set the goal and took action

 DASHI is the secret of WASHOKU.
 Boil respectively at first, season last.
 Planning
 Every task should be completed simultaneously before seasoning.
 Every task takes different time.
2. To prepare ingredients
Cooking
Tasty dishes are not cooked in a minute.
Put kelp in water for 1 night
Boil it on a low flame
Put bonito flakes into the same pod
Cut ingredients to the same size Parboil them to the same tenderness
Integrate them
Seasoning in order

 However sophisticated the procedures are, just pursue the basic rules.
 The secret of WASHOKU is DASHI.
 The seasoning follows parboiling
 Even making variety of dishes at once, think feasible plans, and reorganize them to meet the limit.
 Make feasible plans respectively
 Reorganize the plans to fill the every time gap of original plans, like setting pieces of puzzle.

Basics lie behind originality.

Even in severe businesses, members connected with tight bond and mutual understanding can
express good team dynamics, and my ideal leaders are those can build and run those strong teams.
Those experiences and concept always help me to manage teams in tough business conditions.
