  • 8 witnesses? What are their names? Do you realize that witnesses saw (2) men who did not fit Oswald's resemblance at the scene? Oswald was carrying a revolver, which does not expel shells, but 4 shells were found at the scene showing two types of bullets.
Do I have any tangible evidence concerning the shells? Absolutely! They didn't show a continuous chain of custody from the time of the JKF assassination, and there is 2 official stories offered by the DPD. Tangible evidence is covered in books such as Impossible: The Case Against Lee Harvey Oswald. Or you can just Google documents signed by Lt. Day. If you can't find the information, just let me know and I can guide you. Thanks.

  • Oswald shot Tippett 3 times in the chest and once in the head...the evidence against his is ironclad...there are 8 witnesses who testified to this...he was on his way to the Texas Theatre. Do you have any tangible evidence that the shells were not the ones found on the 6th floor...the proof that Oswald was the shells with his fingerprints on them and his own testimony from the day before.

  • But Oswald didn't shoot Tippitt at all. He was already in the movie theater when Tippitt was shot. Also, 'back and to the left' doesn't correspond with that photo you used. The shells found on the floor aren't the ones used by the WC. There's never been any proof that Oswald was on the 6th floor.
