Microsoft has announced that it will release their new operating system, Windows 7, on Thursday, October 22nd.
For those who may be interested in upgrading your existing equipment, or purchasing new equipment with Windows 7 installed, we would like inform you that the following versions will be supported on the Coldwell Banker Burnet network:
Windows 7 Professional
Windows 7 Ultimate

Microsoft has provided an utility that you can opt to execute on your computer to see if Microsoft believes that your machine has the requirements to adequately operate on your computer. The Microsoft website for this utility can be accessed by clicking here . As with the installation of any 3rd party applications, we recommend that you read and follow the documentation as provided by the 3rd party. Microsoft has indicated that there is not a direct upgrade path from Windows XP to Windows 7. We would recommend that you contact your hardware vendor or reseller to confirm your computer meets the requirements for the Windows 7 operating system.
