  • Johnson and Johnson just celebrated its 125 year anniversary, and when you are a company with such a historic heritage – you can not rely on traditional practices, you have to be willing to adapt to change.
  • The challenge we faced in 2008
  • Source:
  • Now, what our tribes focus on may not be as exciting to watch as brazil playing futbol… but the focus is interesting to us as IT professionals with strong business knowledge… and that is digital delivery, mobility, analytics, social media….
  • We look at our global partners as members of these tribes, or really just extended members of our family… and we are all members of the same tribe… a tribe that is passionate about using digital solutions to solve most common marketing challenges…whether it’s brand awareness, increased sales, differentiating our products as Johnson and Johnson… and although our tribes are geographically dispersed… we were able to connect around this passion for digital solution delivery and even crafted our working environments similarly to further strengthen that connectedness

  • The benefits we are receiving from the Brazil center of excellence that we have established are significant. Our partners in Brazil are delivering projects on time, on budget, with great speed, efficiency, attention to detail and leadership. They help with the digital strategy as well as the digital delivery of a variety of digital solutions (websites, ipad apps, iphone apps, social media, etc.).
  • Our vision years ago was to have a full service marketing and web strategy team that had the ability and technical competency to deliver. We now have a global digital tribe that rallies around this.
