  2. 2. What is Comenius? Comenius forms a part of the program (LLP) of the European Commission. Comenius goes to the secondary education. Help to the young in the incorporation in the society. We develop as people. A better understanding among young Europeans from different countries. OBJECTIVES :
  3. 3. OUR COMENIUS <ul><li>This project will serve to integrate Sustainable Development in the school. Calculate the ecological footprint of our school and compare with other schools of the project, to try to reduce it . </li></ul>
  4. 4. THE ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT <ul><li>It is an area that is often expressed in hectares and the corresponding region consumed to maintain a population, country or person. To calculate the ecological footprint will make a table that expressed the quantities consumed, the equivalent surface units. </li></ul>
  5. 5. COMENIUS PARTICIPANTS: <ul><li>Belgium : (Tupen-Liège)Shuman. </li></ul><ul><li>Germany : (Augsburg-Bayern) Friedrich Ebert Schule. </li></ul><ul><li>France : (Nangis-Ile de France) Lycée Henri Becquerel </li></ul>
  6. 6. NATURE GROUP: <ul><li>This is the nature group formed by the 3 rd b course some teachers and high school students from 1st do a job of topic environmental. </li></ul>
  7. 7. THE RECYCLING <ul><li>Recycling at school is very important. The 1 st course students are responsible for watching the garbage cans are well recycled, the 3 rd course ensure if the recycled is the properly. At school there are many trash cans. </li></ul>
  8. 8. CLAKI <ul><li>Claki is a system for recycling oil. Using oil is polluting to the environment but it can be used to make fuel. At school they give us a claki and we fill it with used oil and every Wednesday we put them in the buckets for recycling. </li></ul>
  9. 9. SLOGAN OF THE MONTH <ul><li>We make the slogans of the month at playtime. We choose a subject, write it on a cardboard and decorate it with drawings. The last theme we have done is the Mediterranean diet because is World Heritage. </li></ul>
  10. 10. CHRISTMAS <ul><li>At Christmas we decorated the school. The students of the 1 st course made the snowman, the students of the 2 nd course made the stars of paper, nature group 3rd B and the teacher made a tree with tube of carton and the students of the 4 th course the lamp. </li></ul>
