    • INTRODUCTION
      Little change in our daily habits
      Habits are essential to achieve a more habitable planet.
      Properly enjoy natural resources.
      Avoid bounce litter in the street.
      Keep the light off when you're not at home.
      Etc.
    • RULE OF THREE "R"
      REDUCE• Buy items with packaging that can be recycled• Buy fresh food in its own natural packaging that can be composted• Buy in bulk to save packaging• Put a “No advertising” sticker on your letterbox• Say NO to plastic bags – use a reusable bag or basket instead.
      REUSE• Reuse plastic bags• Reuse non-recyclable containers to store food• Donate useable items to a local charity• Reuse one-sided paper• Take coat hangers back to your local dry cleanerRECYCLE• Take plastic bags to your local supermarket for recycling
    • IN THE OFFICE
      Any organization can reduce their waste. As well as saving you money this will reduce the amount of rubbish that your organization sends to landfill and/or incineration, therefore reducing your impact on the environment. And it’s often very simple.
    • Why not:
      • set double-sided printing as default on all printers.
      • refill printer cartridges.
      • if you aren’t going to use an item very often why not hire it rather than buy one.
      • be packaging aware when purchasing goods – buy items which come in less packaging.
    • IN THE OFFICE
      Use recycled toner cartridges
      Bring to a reusing and recycling of old computer equipment, containers, etc ...
      Avoid of using and throwing articles as the plastic cupsAvoid the use of batteries, is much more efficient to plug in an appliance to the electrical network and they contain toxic chemicals.
      Save electricity
      Turn off your computer if you're not going to use more than 1h and light when you're not your job.
    • AT HOME
      In our home we consume, water, energy, toxic products, generate residues. In general it is necessary to reduce our consumer and avoid toxic materials. So we generate less residues to prevent contamination and in quality of life will win.

      Save energy
      Use compact fluorescent light consume only 20% of the traditional energy and last for 8 times.
      Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.

      Arrange losses and leaky faucets.
      Shower instead of bath
      Avoid leaving the tap open

      Before you buy a product if it thinks necessary
      Before you throw anything think if you can take
