      • The Web is recession proof ; everybody will always have access to the Web.

      • Expand reach to younger demographic
      • Build trust as a brand
      • Create consistency as a brand
      • Be at par with other international

      • Take advantage of the Web advent; ride the wave!

      • Create means for audience to participate
      • Set quality standards for content, layout and images
      • Enrich site content

        • It is the experience that a person has as a result of their interactions with a product according to its design .

      • This is what everyone (yes, including you) looks for in a great website:
      Examples of sites with good user experiences: Apple, Expedia, Facebook, Google
      • Right now, the Web is in a second generation called Web 2.0 .
        • Web 2.0
        • What? – it’s using the Web to facilitate sharing , collaboration and communication .
        • Example? – Facebook, Wikipedia, Twitter, Blogger
        • What it means? – People love to share.
      • Users also provide content .
      • It’s a fast way of growing a site
      • and attracting attention !

      • Sharp images
      • Compelling and useful content
      • Simple fonts for optimal readability
      • Understandable layout
      • Stick to the branding: color scheme, positive impressions, tag lines, values
