  • 1. Using eMaint.com to send maintenance requests
  • 2. To send a maintenance request, click in the address bar and type: emaint.com/login.php
  • 3. Type your branch account name and password in the box.
  • 4. Then click Login .
  • 5. This is the work request homepage.
  • 6. Open work requests are listed first. This is where NEW requests are listed.
  • 7. Rejected work requests are listed next.
  • 8. The work request history is last. When a request has been assigned to a staff person, it will appear in this list.
  • 9. If you want to contact the person assigned to your work request, you can click the envelope icon to email them.
  • 10. Let’s submit a work request.
  • 11. Click in the upper right Add New Request corner.
  • 12. Fill out the form. You must fill out all fields.
