        • What is the “cause” for starting a new venture and how do you answer the question: If my organization never existed, the world would be worse off because?

Make Mantra Now! the Mission Statement can wait… (e.g. Nike “Authentic athletic performance”) Get Going, start moving, build a prototype…do something. Usually hardest thing to do Define Your Business Model with 2 Questions: A) Whose got my money? B) How are we going to get it?
