    2. Files
      • Files are some of the most important resources you will use.
      • Every document, picture, or sound you work with is a file.
      • You need to group all your files and to keep track of all your files, you need to group them in a logical way.
      • In Windows, you do this by creating folders, which store related files.
    3. Folders
      • One folder might store documents you create (such as a memo in Word or a workbook in Excel), while another might store pictures you download from the Internet.
    4. My Documents.
      • This folder is a convenient place to store documents, spreadsheets, and other files you want to access quickly.
    5. Subfolder
      • You can have folders within folders to provide additional levels of organization.
    6. My Pictures.
      • This subfolder of My Documents has special capabilities for handling picture files.
    7. My Music.
      • This subfolder of My Documents has special capabilities for handling music files.
