    1. Panic Attacks - Common Causes, Symptoms & Natural Treatments Panic attacks are the result of anxiety. A person suffering from anxiety has extreme and unrealistic fear levels in their mind. An anxiety panic attack makes you feel going crazy and loosing control. Studies show that nearly a third of the world population is suffering from different anxiety panic disorders. So, it becomes very important for all of us to know about the main causes, symptoms and treatments available for anxiety panic attacks as someone around may be suffering from this same situation and they might do not know about it. We can help a person if we have some basic information and that will save them from going deep in a very serious situation. Causes – 1. Lack of Sleep – This is a very common cause of anxiety. For a healthy life, it is very important that you sleep at least for 7 or 8 hours each night. A good sleep is very essential for your mind and body. So, get time for the minimum sleep of this amount of hours. 2. Anger – A lot of people do not know that anger can be reason behind this situation. Anger is very negative thing that create problems to keep our mind in a healthy state. When you are angry at someone, many negative emotions come into your mind that can ruin your health. It is responsible for anxiety. 3. Stress - This is another important factor here. It ruins our lives. It does not allow you to think positive and you are always depressed. And, the result is anxiety. Common Symptoms – 1. High Beating Heart – Many people have a racing heart and chest pains. They feel pain in their chest when running or exercising. This can be an anxiety disorder. 2. Short Breathing - There are many people who feel uncomfortable when they are at any crowded place like cinema, malls, etc. They experience shortness of breathe when speaking to a group. This is another symptom. 3. Tightness – Some people feel tightness in their throat and sweating on their palms. This is a common sign. Three Treatments – 1. Eat Healthy - You need to focus on the food you eat. There are many foods that can create anxiety because unhealthy hormones and pesticides are used in the production. They attack the nervous system and that leads to anxiety. Eat whole grains, veggies (spinach, onion, carrots etc.), garlic, fish, wheat germ etc.
    2. 2. Avoid Bad Habits – You should avoid alcohol, tobacco and other harmful things that ruins health and develops anxiety. They all create negative atmosphere around you and you get trapped. 3. The leaves and roots of this plant are used for treating liver, kidney, gall bladder, and joint problems. It will be very beneficial for anxiety. So, use the above three treatment ways that are all natural with no side effects. And, soon you will recover. And, the most important thing in the state of anxiety is that you should not be afraid of the next possible panic attack. This is the worst condition of an affected person.
