The Problem <ul><li>871,000 Working Oregonians are uninsured; </li></ul><ul><li>1.1 million Oregonians are uninsured (34%) </li></ul><ul><li>Insurance billing consumes 20% of health care dollars: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Average cost per bill is $30/patient visit; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>40% to 60% of all medical services provided are never paid by under insured or uninsured; </li></ul></ul><ul><li>People need affordable and convenient access to basic & preventative health care services. </li></ul>

Jobs <ul><li>Initial testing phase call for 4 distribution points and 1 central office located with servicing area. </li></ul><ul><li>Central office will house 4 personnel </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Office Assistant, Government Liaison, Analyst, and Director </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Distribution Locations Will have 8 staff members </li></ul><ul><ul><li>2 Medical Staff, 4 Assistants, 1 Office Assistant, and 1 Office Manager </li></ul></ul><ul><li>36 New Jobs Created during testing phase . </li></ul><ul><li>Scaleable and Self Sustaining </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Each new Distribution point can generate 8 new jobs. </li></ul></ul>
