    It takes a small amount of energy to focus
    Focus on what you want
    And practise, practise, practise focussing
    If you give up practising, your internal neuro -physiology will kick in
    All the stuff you have been doing all of your life will rebel
    And then what happens?

    Consider these 2 questions
    What will your life be like in 5 years if you do nothing?
    What will your life be like in 5 years if you take consistent action?

    About you? And who you are?
    Or is it about something for other people?

    What are you certain of?
    Will you benefit from changing something you are uncertain of?

    What capabilities will you need to learn?

    Are you willing to take these actions?

    What’s the ideal place for you to be?

  • So when you are clearer about all of this

    from what you want
    and plan - taking into consideration what problems you want to avoid
    and being very clear about what you want to achieve
