      How much does it cost?   It is free through December 2010.
      How to join the project:  Contact Lori Bell at lbell@alliancelibrarysystem.com if you are interested in participating.
       
      How many hours does my library have to staff it?
      For now, at least two hours per week. 
       
      What else does my library have to do?
      1) Each library will put a link on their website and publicizing the service to their patrons. 
      2) Have a representative on the advisory group .
      3) Attend training sessions and participate in practice sessions.
      4) Participate in the evaluation of the service.
      5)  Participate in project communication via the Google Groups.
       
      Do we need a cell phone to participate?  No
