    • Instead of lectures the class can create:
      • Blogs
      • Wiki’s
      • Podcast or Vodcast
      • Or my favorite SlideCast
    • Projects will not be turned in, but published online for class sharing and learning.

    • Send letter to parents explaining all online tools.
    • Provide Internet Safety Guidelines.
    • Students will publish all items to the school site or only share projects by invitation.
    • Students will be monitored while using computers.
    • School restricts students access with filters or blocks.

    • This lesson is designed to teach 7 th grade World History students how a strong economy and stable government can lead to a Golden Age.
    • The class will create a list of the attributes that made each dynasty great and a list of the ones that lead to their fall.
    • Students will then work with be assigned to a group of students from different classes. They are to work together using wiki only to create report on one of the two dynasties.

    • This lesson is designed for 7 th grade World History students. In this lesson students will analyze the structure of Feudalism.
    • Through class discussion and a video, students will gather facts about life on a Medieval Manor.
    • They should then use their knowledge to create a cartoon using Toondoo that illustrates the worst part of serfdom.

    • This lesson is designed for 7 th grade World History students.
    • In this lesson students will examine how WWI was different from previous wars and form theories about how the differences impacted the war.
    • The students will be presented with a mock newspaper that describes the War in Europe.
    • The class will then list what the new weapons and tactics of the war.
    • Working with a partner students should use Zoho Shows to illustrate to the world the results(their theories) of the Great War.
