Introduction Welcome to the iJango Network, where as an Independent Representative (IR) you have the potential to earn an exceptional income with one of the most unique and innovative business models in the world. To get started, an applicant must register with iJango Network by filling out an online Independent Representative Application. iJango offers you the opportunity to be in business for yourself but not by yourself. You can become an Independent Representative with iJango and start your own business by harnessing the power of the Internet. As an Independent Representative (IR) with iJango, you earn commissions by personally gathering customers who register to use your personal iJango web portal and download the iJango toolbar and purchase products and services via the web portal. Each time your network of customers generates revenues by shopping or interacting with the Internet via your iJango web portal we pay you commissions if you are “qualified” pursuant to this Marketing and Compensation Plan (the” Compensation Plan”). You can increase your earning power exponentially by gathering customers who utilize our web portal and purchase products and services and by building a team of Representatives who do the same! As an Independent Representative with iJango, you have the opportunity to earn an income when you gather personal Registered Customers and sponsor Representatives who do the same! To become an Independent Representative with iJango, you elect to enroll as either an Affiliate or Director. Hereafter, Affiliate and Director will be known as Affiliate and Director respectively, or Independent Representative and Representative collectively. Referral Code To enroll as an Independent Representative with iJango you must use the referral code of the iJango Independent Representative who introduced you to the iJango opportunity. When you join iJango as an Independent Representative, you receive your own unique personal referral code and may begin to build your new iJango business. You are encouraged to create your own during the joining process; otherwise one is automatically generated with your first and last name (no space in between). Once you join, your personal web portal is automatically created and can be accessed at www.yourreferralcode.iJango.com. This portal is what you will use to gather personal customers who may utilize iJango's platform when shopping or interacting with the services provided within the iJango portal. When your personally Registered Customers shop within the iJango portal and in turn generate revenues from their online activity within the iJango portal, you receive the corresponding commissions from those revenues. To ensure that these customers that you refer to your personal web portal fully benefit from iJango's features and functionality, we recommend that you encourage them to become a Registered Customer. Registered Customers receive no commissions from the revenues they generate from their shopping or online activity, as they are not Independent Representatives. Registered Customers receive the following benefits: • Their home page conveniently set to their new customizable iJango Portal. • iJango's custom toolbar conveniently downloaded for easy access when searching or shopping online. • A free email account with iJango. • A free profile within the iJango social network. • iJango news categories including Entertainment, News, Weather and current events • Online Games and widgets within iJango. Upon joining as an "IR", your personal business website is automatically created and can be accessed at www.yourreferralcode.ijango.biz. This website provides detailed information on the iJango opportunity and will help you sponsor new Independent Representatives. Each time a new Representative joins, they do so with you as their sponsor. Build your iJango business and increase your earning potential by gathering personal Registered Customers and building an organization of other Representatives who do the same. Join the iJango Team Affiliate You may join iJango as an Affiliate. The Affiliate enrollment fee consists of a one-time $50.00 fully refundable* Application Deposit. There are no monthly fees associated with the Affiliate position, however back office tools and resources are limited for Affiliates. Affiliates are commissioned to refer customers to their web portal and are entitled to all aspects of our Compensation Plan and the basic tools to operate an iJango business. Independent Representatives that elect to enroll as a Director pay a $389.35 fee for their first year of enrollment and a $239.40 fee each year thereafter. Directors have the option of paying their first year fee as $149.95 down with $19.95 monthly payments until the $389.35 first year fee is paid in full. After the first year of enrollment, Directors have the option to pay their fees in monthly $19.95 installments until the $239.40 yearly fee is paid in full. Representative Success Department (Director Only Benefit) Trained representative support specialists are standing by for all of your business support needs. This department works to provide Directors with all necessary communications so that you and your team are always up to date. Our Representative Success Specialists are experts when it comes to iJango; we understand what it means to be an entrepreneur, and have the best interests of our Independent Representatives in mind at all times. Standard Back Office Package (All Representative Benefit) Our standard back office package allows all Representatives to manage their direct deposit information and withdraw earned commissions. IV. Personal Business Website (All Representative Benefit) A state of the art, easy to use website that was designed to market and present the iJango Opportunity to new Representatives. Simply send your customers and prospects to your site and it will explain the iJango Opportunity for you! Furthermore, it will enable you to gather personal Registered Customers. V. Commissions (All Representative Benefit) You and your organization will benefit from our lucrative compensation plan that commissions you for the revenue generated by Registered Customers within your down line. All Representatives must he qualified to earn commissions through 7 levels by personally gathering 20 active Registered Customers. VI. Insurance (All Representative Benefit) All Independent Representatives are able to participate in the optional iJango / Aetna Limited Liability Health Insurance Program at an additional cost. These group benefits are not available to individuals outside of this program and all applicants are guaranteed issue. For Representatives looking to work this business full time, access to this valuable service will allow them to break the corporate chains that may be holding them back. Compensation iJango offers its Representatives a lucrative compensation plan for referring customers to the iJango service. There are two different categories that these commissions fall into; Usage Commissions and Qualified Director Commissions. 1) Usage Commissions Usage commissions are derived directly from gross revenues that are generated to iJango. There are two different categories in which Usage Commissions fall into; Shopping and Traffic. Shopping revenues are generated when your customers purchase items within the iJango Shopping portal. Our software tracks these purchases and iJango earns a commission on said sales. Those commissions can range anywhere from 3% to 40% or more depending on the vendor.   6. 6. Traffic revenues are generated when customers interact with the iJango portal while conducting searches, watching videos, making page impressions, and so on. For these online activities that generate revenues, other than shopping as described above, iJango maintains a complex algorithm that tracks various metrics of each customer’s online behavior. Your customers usage activities are accumulated and compiled with other Representatives customers activities. This algorithm calculates the percentage of the total traffic revenues that are due each representative based on the accumulated activities of all customers and distributes these revenues to you and your upline leaders as illustrated in the chart below. Visit your Representative Back Office for additional details on the iJango 7 level payouts. As an Independent Representative with iJango, you earn usage commissions when you and your Customers shop or interact online. There are two types of customers; Registered and Unregistered. They are referred to collectively as customers. a) Registered Customers A Registered Customer is anyone who goes to your personal web portal (http://yourreferralcode.ijango.com) and clicks on "Sign up". They will then become your Registered Customer. Another way you can create a Registered Customer is by inviting your friends/contacts to join the iJango community by sending "invitations". Anyone who clicks on a link within that invitation and completes the easy registration process will become your Registered Customer. To help facilitate this, the iJango community functionality allows you to import all of your contacts and invite them to become your friend in the iJango community, which registers them as your Registered Customer. A Registered Customer will then have their own personal web portal in which they can customize and interact with. All of the revenues they generate for iJango through your Registered Customer's portals will be credited to you. As your Registered Customers build their personal iJango community, they will be, in effect, gathering additional customers for you. Customers gathering customers facilitates a viral growth model that can generate an unlimited personal customer base.   7. 7. b) Unregistered Customers An unregistered customer is anyone who goes to your personal web portal (http://yourreferralcode.ijango.com) and interacts with it without being a Registered Customer. All of the revenues they generate for iJango through your portal will be credited to you. Once you meet a few simple requirements as outlined in the Qualifications section below, you will be qualified to earn commissions through iJango's 7 level compensation plan. 2) Qualified Director Commissions Qualified Director Commissions are paid as customer acquisition bonus. Simply stated, every time you sponsor a new Director your goal should be to help him or her become a Qualified Director within 30 calendar days of his or her enrollment. A Qualified Director is a Director who has successfully gathered and enrolled three Registered Customers who will use the website and purchase products and services within 30 days of his or her enrollment. When he or she successfully acquires and registers to to these three Registered Customers, thereby becoming qualified, a $100 customer acquisition commission is paid to the appropriate leadership positions. As the sponsoring Representative, once your new Director personally gathers and enrolls, three Registered Customers, for the sale of such services, you will earn between $20 and $100 depending on your leadership position as outlined in the chart below. This bonus is not paid on Affiliates you sponsor who get three Registered Customers within such 30 day time period. Examples: You as the sponsor would earn $20 for your services provided the joining Director become qualified by gathering and enrolling three personal Registered Customers within 30 days, who will purchase products and services through the web portal and the additional $80 would be paid to your up line leaders who hold leadership positions. Once a new Director gathers three Registered Customers, if you as the sponsor, hold the leadership position of National Director, you would earn $60 for your sponsorship and services ($20+$10+$30=$60) and your up line International Director would earn $40. Please note all customer acquisition commissions are strictly based on the performance of services and are dependent on each new Director gathering three Registered Customers.   9. 9. Leadership Positions You have an opportunity to promote yourself into leadership positions as you build your iJango business. These leadership positions enable you to earn additional overrides, as new Directors within your organization become Qualified Directors by gathering 3 personal Registered Customers. Three leadership positions are offered and are described below. After each promotion is achieved the Representative starts a new organization. To promote, you must achieve the following minimum qualifications: Regional Director What it Takes: A Regional Director is a Representative who has personally gathered 20 active Registered Customers and personally sponsored three Directors with a total of 12 active Directors within his or her Representative Organization (1st organization). What it Means: As a Regional Director, you earn a one-time additional $10 Leadership Commission/Override each time a Director enrolls and becomes qualified by gathering three registered customers within your Regional Director organization (2nd Organization). You will also earn an additional 5% on the usage commissions earned within your Regional Director organization, all to an unlimited depth. National Director What it Takes: A National Director is a Representative who has, within his or her Regional Director organization, maintained 20 active Registered Customers, he or she has a total of 10 active Directors reach the leadership level of Regional Director. Five of the 10 must be personally sponsored, the other five may fall anywhere within your Regional Director organization. What it Means: As a National Director, you earn a one-time additional $30 Leadership Commission/Override (for a total of up to $40) each time a Director enrolls and becomes qualified by gathering three Registered Customers within your National Director organization (3rd Organization). You will also earn an additional 7% on the usage commissions earned within your ND organization (for a total of up to 12%), all to an unlimited depth. International Director What it Takes: An International Director is a Representative who has, within his or her National Director organization maintained 20 active Registered Customers, has a total of 10 active Directors reach the promotional level of National Director. Five of the 10 must be personally sponsored. The other five may fall anywhere within your National Director organization. What it Means: As an International Director, you earn a one-time additional $40 Leadership Commission/Override (for a total of up to $80) each time a Director enrolls and becomes qualified by gathering three Registered Customers within your International Director organization (4th Organization). You will also earn an additional 10% on the usage commissions earned within your ID organization (for a total of up to 22%), all to an unlimited depth. All personally referred (Level 0) usage commissions (generated from your personal web portal and the customized web portals of your personal Registered Customers) are paid regardless of qualification status, so you will always be paid as your personally sponsored Directors become Qualified. To become eligible to earn all down line usage commissions from the efforts of your team of "IR's" you must have 20 active Registered Customers as per the diagram below. At the time commissions are processed the iJango commission system will check your account to see that you have 20 active Registered Customers before paying down line commissions. Representatives who have reached a leadership promotion level must maintain Eligibility (20 or more active Registered Customers) in order to receive leadership commissions. Keeping Your Account Current If we are unsuccessful in billing you for your monthly fees at any time, we will attempt twice more (a total of three attempts) within six days. After three unsuccessful attempts, the corresponding benefits associated with your position will be suspended. You will receive email notifications after each failure as reminders to update your account. You will have 30 days following the first billing attempt to reinstate your position by paying any fees due. If after the 30 days following the first billing attempt you have not brought your account current, you will have an additional two months before your account is terminated. During this two-month period, you may still reactivate your account by paying fees due plus a reinstatement fee of $100. If your account is not reinstated at anytime during this three-month period, your account will be purged from the system without the ability for it to be reactivated. Representatives who have not billed successfully will not be able to earn or withdraw commissions until the account is current. Get Started Join iJango today and begin to build your organization and income immediately. You may join through your new sponsor's personal business website. Once your enrollment is complete, you will receive a welcome email with your new referral code and a welcome guide to help you get started! As a new Representative you may begin to gather new Registered Customers and begin growing your team of Independent Representatives immediately. Commission Payments Commission periods begin each Saturday at 12:00 a.m. CST and end each Friday at 11:59 p.m. CST. iJango will post available commissions to your Unpaid Commissions in your iJango back office every Monday. All deposits are made to Representative Bank accounts on Fridays. If a Representative has more than $10 available in ‘Unpaid Commissions’ this full amount of available ‘Unpaid Commissions’ will be transferred by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) deposit to the bank account on file in the ‘Direct Deposit’ section of the Representative back office. This transfer will happen automatically each week. No action is needed on part of the Representative other than having the correct routing number and account number established in the ‘Direct Deposit’ area of the ‘Bank’ in the Representative back office. Each time iJango processes an EFT transfer from a Representative’s ‘Unpaid Commissions’ to the specified bank account on file a $3.00 transaction fee will be assessed. Qualified Director commissions are processed and posted each Monday for the previous week's earnings. All other usage commissions are processed once iJango has received the commissions from the vendors (normally by the 25th of each month for the previous month's earnings).
