BLOOD IS COLLECTED TOO RAPIDLY AND A THIN,FINE NEEDLE IS USED CHANGES PLASMA OR SERUMRESULTS(INACCURATE) DUE TO HEMOLYSIS BLOOD GASES SPECIMEN IS NOT COLLECTED IN SYRINGE ANDNOT TRANSPORTEDIN ICE SLUSH TEST RESULTS IS INACCURATEASTHE BLOOD GASES RATIOIS ALTERED
