    • Short reminder on what is a PBOX and what is NOT a PBOX …
    • Why should a PBOX be better than a normal eXchange?
    • What are the things that need to be planned in a PBOX?
  • „ What is PBOX ? Define PBOX…” - is simply eXchange planned in the frames of a project - focusing on a certain socio-economical issue - a certain goal of realized eXchanges - a set of learning activities for trainees planned together with the traineeships.
  • How to plan a PBOX?
    • What issue will my PBOX address?
    • What organizations will be a target for TN raising / what would be the profile of the EP’s?
    • What 3 measurable goals would I like to put for my Project on the local level?
    • What will be added value of the project? (why traineeships in this project will be better than realizing a single traineeship).
    • Where will I get the endorsements from?
    • Where will I get the financial support from?
    • What learning activities will I provide for trainees?
    • What will be the expenses during the Project?
    • How many OC members do I plan to have in my Project?
    • What OC structure will I implement?
    How to plan a PBOX?
  • How should a TN flow look like ? Research – find the relevant issue to address the project to – at least 6 months before realization Targeting – compile the organizations database to be contacted Raising – selling the TN’s  - to be done with at least 5 months before the realization Matching – to have at least 3 months/ cooperations Reception & Integration – fulfill the quality standards Learning – involve the trainees in learning activities of the LC/create the environment for them
  • How should an EP flow look like ?
