  9. 9. recommendations<br /> Weaknesses + Opportunities =Winning <br />(WOW) Strategy.<br />As the title of the strategy suggests I have used the Weakness and Opportunity quadrants of the SWOT to recommend strategies that can result in a winning formula for IMG. <br />The main objective to adapt this strategy is to take advantage of opportunities by over coming weaknesses or making them relevant.<br />IMG is in a position to consider this strategy because it has the best resources and facilities in Marketing, Media and Production.<br />Presentation by- Nilesh Deshmukh <br />

Implementing WOW strategy<br />Outmanoeuvre the competition by:<br />1.Developing the required strengths<br />Market entry into growing economies eg: India<br />Develop Branded TV content which can be country/sport specific eg: IPL related programmes for Indian market.<br />2.Buy or Borrow required strengths<br />Acquiring businesses that will grow.
