2. It all started when I was a little
kid…

4. I would always ask my family to
read books to me…..

6. I had a lot of favorite books when I
was a child…

10. But even though I am all grown up
now, I still enjoy reading.

11. I read a lot of books about
hardships and fiction; most are
free verse.

14. I love Ellen Hopkins books

15. If I didn’t learn how to read, I
wouldn’t be the person that I am
today.

17. Reading is an important part of my
every day life. If I didn’t know how
to read I wouldn’t be able to
accomplish any of my goals in life.

18. Being able to read has helped
make me a better person. I am so
thankful for the knowledge that I
have.
