  • What is The Difference Between DRUG and MEDICINE?
    • Drug- a substance that is used to alter the mind or body of the person or animal consuming it.
    • The word medicine refers to the practice of disease prevention and cure and the science of drugs
    • A drug may be used for medical, spiritual, or recreational purposes.
    • Medicine is a drug taken to cure and/or ameliorate any symptoms of an illness or medical condition
    • A drug is the raw material that may be benefit and harmful in different way.
    • Used as preventive medicine that has future benefits but does not treat any existing or pre-existing diseases or symptoms.
    • True difference drug is the actual ingredient that is used in any medicine.
    • Medicine is a mixture of drugs
    • All the medicines are drugs but all the drugs are not medicine
    • A drug is a chemical basis for the production of a medicine.
    • Medicine is the finished product after a drug is manufactured for use as a cure, treatment or prevention of disease.
