EcoRays is an Innovative Placement Consultancy and is committed to provide Green Placement
Services to Environment Professionals. EcoRays commenced its Services in 2011, and has been
a force to reckon with since its Inception. At present, we provide placements or Recruitment
services to Environment Professionals across the verticals of the Environment Industry. We are
planning to diversify our Services into Chemical Industries, and expand our horizon.
Management
The Company has been co-founded by Mr. Nikhil Prabhu and Mr. Hemant Rane, both of whom
are well exposed to the Corporate World and Market Scenario. They share the right amount of
Passion and have envisioned about them making it Big in the Recruitment arena, in due course
of time.
Mr. Hemant Rane has a good exposure in the field of Marketing and Business Development,
and is a well known face in the Corporate Circuit. He has pursued MMM from JBIMS, Mumbai.
Mr. Nikhil Prabhu has a good exposure to General Management kind of roles. Both Mr. Rane
and Mr. Prabhu, along with their Management Team, ensure that a High level of Integrity is
ensured and thus, the Clients are kept Happy always.

EcoRays is an Eco Placement Consultancy, and extends services to the verticals across the
Environment Industry. The only differentiating factor/point of differentiation being the Target
Audience we have set our sight upon i. e. Environment Professionals and GREEN Job Enablers.
Ours is a NICHE concept, and thus we have found the right mix of Expertise and Experience,
which is necessary to make the Venture a Success.
As we are planning to diversify our Placement Services towards Chemical Companies, we have
started building up a well established database of Chemical Engineers, Chemistry Graduates,
and Chemical Technocrats etc. Their Basic Qualifications being B. Sc., M. Sc., B.Tech, M.Tech, BE
etc. We possess the right mix of Experienced Candidates as well as Freshers. At present, we
look forward to recruitments only on the Technical Front in Chemical Companies. We are not
