Plagiarism: Plagiarism includes the copying of
language, structure, or ideas of another’s without
giving it credit and claiming it as your own.
Fabrication: Making
up, altering, falsifying, misstating data, work, and/or
information.
Unauthorized Collaboration: Working with other
students on homework, lab work, papers, and
presentations without the permission or direction
from the professor.

Manage your time – study ahead of time!
Organize your priorities.
Check your syllabus.
Go to office hours.
If you’re unsure, ask your professor and/or TA.
Be confident of your studies.
Know the consequences of academic dishonesty!

Stop thinking, start doing!
Just take it one step at a time – break your work
into steps.
Start your day off with the hardest task.
Change your environment.
Create a detailed outline with specific deadlines.
Face your fear.
Hang out with people who inspire you to take

Getting it done creates more time for other tasks.

Create a study schedule.

9. Health Tips
Eat right – eating the right foods will keep your energy
up! Fresh fruits and veggies are great as snacks and brain
food.
Exercise –exercising on a regular basis is crucial to
maintaining a healthy lifestyle! Exercise at least three
times that week for at least twenty to thirty minutes.
Exercising is a great way to take a break from studying.
Stay hydrated – water is your best friend! Students often
rely on caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, soda, and
energy drinks. Too much consumption of caffeine will
impact your sleeping schedule.
