  • 2. • During large sporting events a huge number of opinions are posted on Twitter. • Understanding the mood of the crowd is either impossible or expensive – and if possible then the insights are not shared with others. • Fan engagement demands that you understand your fans and that your fans understand the mood of other fans.23rd April 2013 © Churnbar Ltd.
