Immigration/Visa Services <ul><li>We are an E Verified employer as many of our employees are on OPT and that is beneficial for them. </li></ul><ul><li>At Datavibes many of our employees require work visa’s to work in the company and we have hired some of the best lawyers to ensure that work /immigration visas are filed as per the required norms. </li></ul><ul><li>It is important to know that the visa process does take between 3-6 months and is time consuming. </li></ul><ul><li>We do file for Green Card (permanent residency) petitions as well but it is a benefit for our employees and they need to send us a request for the same. </li></ul>
