This is a type of contract used by international consultants, by means of which one of the parties (Consultant) establishes the conditions of its services proposal to the other party (Client). Usually these contracts are used for an specific project within a wide range of sectors (corporate strategy, management, market research, human resources, engineering, information technology, etc.). 1. For each party, the following has to be included: • Name of company, full address and nationality. • Company type: public limited company, limited liability company, etc. • Name and position of company representative who signs the agreement. • Tax ID number of both parties. 2. The parties are free to submit any conflicts regarding the agreement to International Arbitration or to the Laws of the country of one of the parties.
