MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES IN CURRENT JOB:
• Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions.
• Responsible for creating detailed business plans for new product launches worldwide
• Managing financial control ensuring statutory regulations arrangement.
• Responsible for budget planning, forecasting and budgetary controls including
maintaining up to date ‘real time results on revenues and expenditures for all products.
• Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict trends as well as research factors affecting
business performance, including analyzing competitors and market trends
• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of
divisions and departments.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies.
• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
• Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and
expenses.
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.
• Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
• Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop long term business
plans for the company.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives,
policies, and operating procedures.
• Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively
accomplish the department's goals and objectives.
• Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
• Serve as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issues.
• Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial
and budget policies and procedures.
• Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
• Prepare all voucher entries, general ledger, vouched & verified the prime entries with
supporting documents.
• Checking the cash and bank payment voucher against the invoices, delivery notes,
request order slips and L.P.O.
• Checking the receipt voucher against invoices, delivery notes, quotation and price
inquiry.
• Preparing & sending accounts statement to customer and taking feed back with them.
• Checking & summarizing stock distribution against request order and store issued
vouchers (SIV) to different outlet.
• Preparing and processing the payroll as per WPS wages protection standard per MOL
Ministry of Labor requirement.
Preparing the Following Statement:
• Prepare the bank reconciliation and accounts receivable reconciliation.
Budget Report:

• Prepare budget quarterly, semi- annual for (purchases, staffing, development,
marketing and research, revenue and expenses) On the basis of different outlet
manager report and fund availability.
Sales Report:
• Monthly, Quarterly, Semi- annual Bases.
Sale Forecasting Report:
• Monthly, Quarterly, Semi- annual Bases
Profit and Lose Report
• Preparing Departmental Profit and loss report as well as Consolidated Report Monthly,
Quarterly, Semi- Annul Bases.
Cash Flow Statement:

Department Comparative Financial- statement including (Balance Sheet, Working
Capital Statement.
Income, Cash Flow statement sale)
