    This unit has been designed to develop your skills and knowledge as a trainer to enable you to:
    Organise and plan the training instruction
    Conduct the training through demonstration and actual / simulated training performance
    Review personal training performances
  • Unit assessment requirements
    To be assessed as competent in this unit you will be required to:
    Carry out three training sessions, demonstrating and instructing different tasks to different groups (teams) using a range of techniques and effective communication skill appropriate to the trainee
    Training sessions to be conducted during workshop based on:
    Case study
    Role play
    Round robin training activity
    Review personal training performances
