    Information gathered to support a judgement of competency against the relevant specifications
    Could include:
    samples of a candidate’s work
    checklists completed after observing a candidate
    record of an interview with a candidate
    report from a supervisor in the workplace
    answers to questions you asked the candidate
    workplace documents completed by the candidate.
