nichtich commented on Encoding changing country codes in RDF with ISO 3166 and SKOS Official URIs must come from ISO or be defined in another standard, but you could just register codes at any base URL. SKOS has now changed so the encoding would be slightly different. For classes the http://open.vocab.org project may be of interest but for instances I don’t know. To start with just pick a random base URL name for "ISO3166-1" and "ISO3166-2" and append the code the "FR" or "FR-E". The details are less important. 2 years ago
