    • Searching the Database Subject terms or Keywords Boolean Logic  And / Or / Not Example: And/Or/Not Idea Idea Idea Idea C B A D
    • E-mailing Articles & Citations When you find an article you even think you want or like, email to yourself.  Click on Email  Choose the Citation Format/MLA  Enter your Email and enter a subject  Click Send Open you’re e-mail, whether it is Gmail, Yahoo, Bergen, etc and make sure it is in you’re inbox (check the spam folder if the article does not show up in the inbox)
    • Copying & Pasting Citation Pasting the Citation into MS WordFinding the Citation  Click on Print  Before pasting you’re citation,  Click on Citation Format set the correct setting for you’re work cited page  Choose MLA  Move “Hanging Indent” a  Click on Print Half an Inch  Click Cancel  Change the font to Times  Under Reference List you will New Roman see the citation. Highlight and  Change the font to 12p copy said citation  Change the margins to double-spaced
    • Find Books/Reserves/Media​ Searching by your social issue  You will find Books, E-Books, DVDs, and Books on CD  Example:  Searching by Subject:  Healthcare: Social medicine – United States  Security or Liberty  Gay Marriage: Same-Sex Marriage  Or try Searching by Keyword
    • GIVE CREDIT & DO NOT PLAGIARIZE Citing Your Sources…  Click on Citation Guides from the Library’s Home Page.  You will see links for how to cite In-Text, how to cite Work Cited, and a Sample Paper cited in MLA style.  Other Citation Tools: Such as EasyBib, Citation Machine, etc
